Ocean Blu is selective. We’re not looking for “maybe.” We’re looking for stylists who show up ready.
Dress to Impress (Non-Negotiable):
You represent a luxury brand. We expect a polished, professional appearance every shift—clean, stylish, put-together, and camera-ready.
Confidence Is Required:
You must be comfortable talking to guests, recommending services/products, and being part of a high-energy culture. If you’re uncomfortable speaking up or leading conversations, this won’t be the right environment.
A Social Portfolio Is Required:
You must have an active Instagram/TikTok/Facebook portfolio showcasing your work.
No portfolio = please do not apply. We will not move forward without it.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality hair services (cuts, color, finishing, treatments) customized to each guest.
- Create a premium experience through strong consultations and communication.
- Recommend home care and retail products with confidence (education-based, not pushy).
- Support the team culture—help where needed, keep your station clean, and stay professional.
- Participate in brand content when requested (photos/reels)—we market our team and our work.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Active Florida Cosmetology License
- 2+ years of salon floor experience (guest-facing, hands-on)
- A strong social media portfolio (link required)
- Professional presence + confidence (guest communication is a must)
