April has over 30 years in the hair and makeup industry. She is extremely experieced in hair extensions, makeup, hair coloring and hair education. After a career as a Civil & Environmental Engineer, she went on to fulfill her true passion, hair artist. She participated in countless educational events and have made a significant impact in our Florida communities.

Veronica is born and raised in St. John's county and is dedicated to providing a high quality and personalized experience to each client that sits in her chair. In her down time Veronica loves to explore antique stores, paint animals, and exercise her green thumb!

Originally from South Ga, I have been behind the chair for almost 10 years, starting my career in Atlanta GA and eventually coming to beautiful Jacksonville FL! I specialize in lived in blonding and seamless luxury extensions, always prioritizing the health and integrity of your natural hair. My goal is to create elevated, effortless looks that grow beautifully and keep your hair strong. When you sit in my chair, it’s more than just an appointment, it is a personalized, luxury experience tailored completely to you. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me antiquing for hidden treasures or enjoying a little Disney magic with my daughter.

Hi, I’m Nicol! I’m a creative, easygoing, and personable beauty professional who loves making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Outside of the salon, I’m a gamer, manga lover, and overall nerd who enjoys discovering new things and getting lost in my interests. I have an alternative personal style and love expressing myself through creativity. I’m proudly Puerto Rican and love bringing my personality into everything I do. My goal as a service provider is to create a positive experience where every guest feels respected, appreciated, and free to be themselves.

Hi! My name is Ember. Originally from Chicago, I moved to St John’s 7 years ago. I’m passionate about customer service and always strive to leave people happier than when I met them.  A fun fact about me is that I love to surf! 

Addison Hinton is a student-athlete at Temple University and a member of the women’s rowing team. She is passionate about helping others feel confident and welcome and enjoys building connections with clients. Addison brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to Ocean Blu Hair Salon. Outside of the salon, she enjoys rowing, volunteering, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be part of the Ocean Blu team and looks forward to creating a great experience for every guest.

Hi, My name is Naomi! I am a high-school student at Bartram Trail High School. I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends/animals, trying new coffee shops, and traveling. I am super excited to be joining the Ocean Blu Team!!
